He is a Ugandan aged 48 years. He holds the role of Executive Director in the medical center. He has a master’s degree in Public Administration and Management from Kampala International University and a Bachelor’s degree of Social Sciences from Makerere University.

He holds various postgraduate trainings including Health Policy and Financing from Royal Tropical Institute Amsterdam, the Netherlands, and Health care management from Foundation from Professional Development in South Africa. He has 20 years of practical experience in Health care management having been a Hospital Administrator at some of the Ugandan regional Hospitals for the last 16 years.

Mr. Claudio’s experience in heading the finance, Human Resource and Administration department gives him an edge in steering MCMC to greater heights. He has been responsible for liaising and coordinating all internal and external agencies with the all the development partners like the GOU, EGPAF-USAID, UPMB-USAID, JCRC-USAID, CORDAID, MIVA, CARITAS among others.
